Mortgage

Unsurprisingly, at Your Next Mortgage, mortgages are our bread and butter, so whether you:

How it works – the Your Next Mortgage process

Over the last 20 years, we’ve helped hundreds of clients achieve the right mortgage for them, and in that time, we’ve learnt a lot about what does and doesn’t work.

Over that time, we’ve developed a process that works time and time again to achieve results for our clients:

Step #1:
The Initial Chat

We know that choosing a mortgage advisor is a big deal and that you’re entrusting us with one of the most important transactions you’re ever going to make.

That’s why we always offer a free, zero obligation chat to kick things off.

This gives you the chance to get to know the way we work, get some initial help for free, and decide whether you want to move things forward or not.

Step #2:
The Factfind

Information is everything.  Not just the nitty gritty financials, but the fluffier stuff – what you want from life, what’s important to you and so on and so forth.

We believe that the better we know you, your situation and your goals, the better our chances of getting the right mortgage for you and your situation.

That’s why we don’t just punch some numbers into a computer and produce a deal for you, and instead start with a Factfind meeting to really understand you and your situation.

This meeting can be on Zoom or in person – the choice is yours.

Step #3:
The Sourcing Process

Once we’ve got all the information we need, we’ll go away and source the most suitable deal we can for you.

Integrity is everything to us, so you won’t find us pushing the deal most financially advantageous to us at your expense; instead, we’ll take into account everything that we’ve discovered during the Factfind meeting, and work hard to get the most suitable deal for you and your circumstances.

You won’t pay us a penny at this point – your fee is only payable once we’ve found you a mortgage offer, and we won’t do that until we have your full agreement to proceed.

At this point, we’ll also explain how you can best protect your home, ensuring that whatever happens, you and your family are protected.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty and struggling to make repayments, then you can contact your lender who may be able to help taking account of your individual circumstances.

You may want to contact one of the free impartial money guidance and debt advice services such as StepChange, Citizens Advice, or Turn2Us.

Step #4:
The Mortgage Offer

Once we’ve done our research and found the right deal for you, we’ll make sure you’re happy with it, before progressing with it.

We’ll do all the heavy lifting – taking care of all communication with the lender prior to the deal going through, and we’ll always be there at the other end of the phone if you need to talk something through.

If you are experiencing financial difficulty and struggling to make repayments, then you can contact your lender who may be able to help taking account of your individual circumstances.
